| Section 25A(b) | It is well settled principle that mere possession of the counterfeit stamps does not come under the mischief of section 25-A if which was not produced for sale or buy. It is the case of the prosecution that the documents were recovered from the counter of the accused appellant not at the time of selling the seized materials so, no offence committed by the accused appellant provided under section 25-A(b) of the Special Powers Act.
